Lauren

Hi, I'm Lauren — a Trauma Recovery & Business Coach, an Energy Master & Mystic, and the founder of Wild Wisdom, LLC. I help frustrated coaches, healers, and entrepreneurs break free from imposter syndrome, overcome limiting beliefs, and stop self-sabotage so they can transform their pain into purpose, turn their wounds into wisdom, and build a soul-driven, heart-centered business.

My own healing journey began after a series of personal struggles, starting with depression at age 11, a suicide attempt at 19, and severe health deterioration by 28, which ultimately led me to leave my career as a Bio-Pharmaceutical Scientist. It wasn't until I was 32 that I discovered my ailments were connected to a traumatic experience I had at age 6. This realization propelled me into exploring various healing practices, including Ayurveda, Hypnosis, Meditation, Shamanism, Energy work, and Core Belief Work. These practices helped me heal my childhood traumas and overcome limiting beliefs, transforming me into the embodied healer and coach I am today, dedicated to guiding others through their own breakthroughs.

I'm also proud to be a descendant of Susan B. Anthony, whose strong and resolute spirit has always been a guiding presence in my life.

Currently, I live off-grid in a small farming town in Central New York with my husband and our five beagles. We're on a fun adventure converting an old bus into our unique version of the Magic School Bus, embracing a life filled with curiosity, nature, and exploration.

Hi, I'm Lindsay! As your wellness and confidence coach, I like to keep things simple and straightforward. Forget about complicated diets or workouts that eat up all your time. Instead, we focus on what really works for you. With over 20 years of experience as a nutrition coach, personal trainer, and endurance coach, I'm all about practical strategies that help you reclaim your health—without making it feel like a second job (because let's be honest, you already have enough of those!).

Together, we'll work on:

  • Tackling those emotional and stress eating habits that keep creeping up. Discovering ways to move that you actually enjoy (trust me, it’s possible!)Implementing realistic changes that fit right into your busy life.

  • Imagine feeling more energized, confident, and balanced—ready to tackle both your personal and professional life with renewed zest—all without completely overhauling your daily routine.

A bit about my background: I hold a Bachelor of Nutritional Sciences and a Degree in Communications. I'm also certified in personal training, pre/postnatal fitness, life coaching, and the psychology of eating.

And a fun fact: my husband, Ben, who will be leading the hike during our retreat, shares my passion for wellness and adventure. With 20 years in the industry, he's climbed four of the highest mountains in North America and spent his life running, hiking, and summiting peaks. He’s also certified in nutrition, personal training, endurance coaching, and is a skilled breathwork practitioner.
